New Mussels Menu available from March
The award-winning Cavalli Club Restaurant & Lounge is bringing to the Middle East a fresh taste of the Mediterranean with its limited-edition Mussels Menu. With March to August being the best season for the delicious shellfish, the mussels travel straight from Belgium and the South Coast of France to the kitchen of Cavalli, where they become part of the mouth-watering menu, which will commence from 1 March 2020.
The three-course spectacular begins with a choice of three sensational starters including Mussels Gratin with Provençal breadcrumbs and French butter, Marinated shell-less mussels salad, mix green salad and shaved asparagus or Mussels risotto with reduction of lobster, spinach and sundry tomatoes, each starter is available at just AED 75.
Feel spoilt for choice between a trio of irresistible main courses available, featuring the main star of the show, mussels, served in three very different, yet delicious ways including Rigatoni pasta with cherry tomato sauce and sautéed mussels, Mussels a la marinara with calamari and tomato in cocotte with bread crust or Mussels with cream and parsley defume with dry white wine, costing only AED 75 per dish.
Finally, complete the meal with an indulgent dessert at AED 65, deciding on either the rich French crème brûlée with caramel sauce or the refreshing mix citrus sorbet,
