A match made in France

Dubai, UAE, 21 September 2011: The ever chic and opulent Cavalli Club, Restaurant & Lounge is adding yet another must attend event to its monthly calendar, with the launch of its themed dinners, the first of which will be taking place on Tuesday 27 September. Bringing a decidedly European flavour to its venue next week, September’s theme will revolve around French Terroir

Designed to blow your culinary senses out of this world, the five course menu will feature a sensational Lobster Monray Raviolo of Tomato, Asparagus, Fontina, which will particularly delight those with a penchant for rich and creamy sauces; Veal Sweetbreads Fricassée Style, a prized delicacy amongst gourmets across the world, and a more tradition dish in the form of a Boeuf Bourguignon which will be served with Braised Cheeks, 10 Week Carrots, Pearl Onion and Candied Garlic. Finished off with a serving of Brie with Red Fruits and Pear Tart Tartin, guests might be required to remind themselves that their nearest major landmark is the Burj Khalifa and not the Eiffel Tower.

This carefully crafted menu will be served alongside a prestigious grape beverage, which was founded in 1883 by the Sichel family and grown in the region of Bordeaux. Diners will be blown away by the perfect match between food and beverage, created especially by Cavalli’s chef. Served as always with that fashionable Cavalli twist, complimentary music and décor will complete the French themed for the evening, for a perfect ambience.

Next month’s dinner will take place on Wednesday 26 October and will take on an Australian theme.
Dinner starts for 8pm and costs AED 600 per person. For more information and reservations please call Cavalli Club on 04 332 9260 or 050 856 6044 or email
